When my parents-in-law finally decided to leave their home in Woodland Hills and move to Nevada to be closer to their children and grandchildren, we were not sure where to begin the huge task of relocating. We happened to get a referral to use Lisa Stewart to sell the house as we heard she was familiar with the neighborhood where they lived.

My parents-in-law had lived in that house for 52 years, so it had been a very long time since they had to deal with a real estate transaction. Lisa was very patient with them and thoroughly explained the whole home selling process and put us all at ease every step of the way. She carefully answered every question and made sure they understood everything that was going to happen from the moment the house was listed for sale until it closed escrow.

Because we felt it was easiest for my parents to move out of the house before listing it for sale, Lisa assured us that it wouldn't be a problem to complete the sale even though they would be out of state. She handled every detail from making sure the house was cleaned after moving out, overseeing the gardener and pool man, and even hand watering part of the yard to make sure it stayed in prime condition.

Since my parents were living in Nevada when the house sold, Lisa continued to communicate with us over the phone and through e-mails to keep us informed throughout the escrow process.
